True friendship is a plant of slow growth, and withstand the shocks of adversity before it is entitled to the appellation. Remember, the greatest gift is not found in a store nor under a tree, but in the hearts of true friends. The best way to destroy an enemy is to make him a friend. True friendship is like sound health, the value of it is seldom known until it is lost. A friend can share feelings & can truly understand us. Friendship is a personal Relationship that is grounded n a concern on the part of each friend for the welfare of the other, for the other's sake, and that involves some degree of intimacy.
